Tiberian Order
The Tiberian Order is a shadowy organization, dating back to before Christ. Her origins are largely unknown, but she has stood the test of time as protector of humankind. Operating in the shadows, a global network for operatives under the command of the Overseer.
In modern times, they are referred to as Special Agents. Operating in small groups of specialist. These groups are referred to as Cells. They receive briefings on their Operations directly from the Overseer.
Guiding the Overseer is the Council, a group of elected Special Agents, providing the checks and balances for the Tiberian Order. Communication between everyone happens digitally nowadays, not risking a gathering of all members in the same space. A costly mistake that once almost cost the Tiberian Order all her members.

Cassandra Blackwell
Cassandra Blackwell is the Overseer of the Tiberian Order, a master strategist and commanding leader dedicated to safeguarding humanity. With a background in diplomacy and counterintelligence, Cassandra rose through the ranks of global intelligence to become the Order’s highest authority.
Known for her calm, authoritative presence and innovative strategies, she leads with both precision and compassion, ensuring the Tiberian Order remains humanity’s last line of defense against incomprehensible threats.
Aquila Cell
The infamous Aquila Cell, or Codename Eagle as they’re now called, of the Tiberian Order. Home to it’s most skilled members. You as the player are part of this elite group of hackers, psychologists, analysts and other talented individuals. Operating from a variety of safe-houses, your Cell is always on the move to it’s next target.
Being the oldest cell withing the Tiberian Order, Aquila stems from the roman word for Eagle. Being ever watchful and protective, she resembles the first tasks the order ever took on. As protector of humankind. The rough edges on the insignia staying true to her inception. The Aquila cell has a rich history of housing the order’s best and brightest.

You, the player character, the star of the whole operation. Special Agent K, an expert in the field of Open Source Intelligence. Coming from a long background of clandestine operations and with a strong sense of leadership. Special Agent K, with a strong sense of right and wrong, leads the team with dedication and compassion. Always putting the people first, being loved by all team members, while not shying away from hard choices when needed. While remaining largely in the shadows, Special K is deeply involved with the success of each mission.
Julia Sharpe
Human Intelligence Officer
Julia Sharpe, codename Shrink, is a brilliant psychologist and expert in criminal behavior and forensics. A Cambridge graduate and former MI6 analyst, she was recruited into the Tiberian Order’s elite Aquila Cell for her unmatched ability to profile targets and analyze psychological weaknesses. While less adept with technology, Julia’s deep understanding of the human mind makes her a vital asset in outmaneuvering adversaries and de-escalating high-stakes situations, embodying the intelligence and resourcefulness of Aquila Cell, Julia is always up to the task.
Isabella Moreno
Historian and Cultural Expert
Isabella Moreno, codename Brains, is a historian and intelligence specialist from Mexico City and a key member of the Tiberian Order’s elite Aquila Cell. Driven by a passion for history and justice after losing her parents to violence, Isabella joined the military as an intelligence officer before being recruited into the Order. Her encyclopedic knowledge of history and cultural analysis allows her to uncover hidden patterns and anticipate threats, providing vital insights that shape the success of Aquila’s missions.
Gabriel Adams
Field Operative and Tactics
Gabriel Adams, codename Gunny, is a former Delta Force operator and a combat specialist in the Tiberian Order’s elite Aquila Cell. Rising above a difficult childhood in Baltimore, Gabriel forged a path of resilience and determination, joining the Marines and earning recognition for his bravery. After saving a Volrac pilot in Afghanistan, he was recruited into Aquila Cell. Known for his no-nonsense attitude and tactical expertise, Gabriel is a steadfast protector and critical asset on the battlefield for his team members. Strong and cunning, always ready for the fight.

Hacker and Tech Support
Dimitri Zechev, codename Hackerman, is a Ukrainian prodigy hacker and the technological mastermind of the Tiberian Order’s elite Aquila Cell. Teaching himself programming at age 10, Dimitri became a local legend for exposing corruption within his government. His extraordinary skills led to his recruitment into Aquila Cell, where he leverages cutting-edge hacking and software solutions to support the team’s missions. While socially awkward, Dimitri’s sharp intellect, sarcasm, and passion for technology make him an invaluable asset to the Aquila Cell and Tiberian Order.
Klumgongyn
Alien Liaison and Logistics
Klumgongyn, an alien from the planet Varnyr, serves as the liaison for the Volracs within the Tiberian Order’s elite Aquila Cell. Rescued during Operation Galaxios, Klumgongyn rose to become a Council member, using their intelligence, wit, and expertise in interstellar diplomacy to guide the Order’s operations. A brilliant strategist with a sharp sense of humor, Klumgongyn is dedicated to bridging the gap between their species and humanity while safeguarding Earth from unimaginable threats. In his spare time, he enjoys a good mice stew and vodka.
The Volracs
The Volracs are a highly intelligent and resourceful species originating from the planet Varnyr, a world of stark contrasts where survival favors ingenuity over strength. With their slender, almost fragile physique, large expressive eyes, and textured, earthen-toned skin, the Volracs are a testament to evolution favoring adaptability and intellect in an often-hostile environment. Their craniums house highly developed brains, enabling extraordinary problem-solving skills, memory retention, and rapid learning.
Despite their lack of physical strength, the Volracs have built a civilization that thrives on intellect and collaboration. Their society places a high value on innovation, emphasizing diplomacy, strategy, and knowledge sharing. From their early days on Varnyr, their survival depended on leveraging the natural resources of their planet, such as bioluminescent plants for energy and naturally occurring electromagnetic fields for communication and power.
